Event Scheduling
University Organizations and Departments:
Special Event Applications must be submitted a minimum of two weeks before your event. After your application has been approved, you may be required to sign a facility use agreement. Please do not advertise for your event until approval is granted and your contract is signed.

Classroom space is not currently available for use by external groups.

Outdoor Tabling Request
Tabling is defined as the process by which an RSO or other official University Department schedules a space to disseminate literature and information about their organization's purpose, involvement, or to advertise approved upcoming events.
Commercial groups are limited to certain areas of campus and must contact Union Scheduling.
Outdoor Tabling Requests should be made through Astra.
Please note: You must be logged into CIS. On Astra, select the 'Events Tab', click on 'Request Event', select 'Tabling Request' from the drop down menu. Complete the form and click 'Submit'.
